Hello, lovelies! I recently returned from a short vacation with a friend of mine to the beaches of 30A. It was such a fun trip, and I absolutely loved sightseeing and walking along the shore. Today, I'm detailing a few places to check out if you're ever in the area as well as a small packing list for the beach. Keep reading to get all the info!

Accommodations
The Flamingo Hotel & Tower
This was the view from the room that my friend and I stayed in. We were lucky enough to snag a room on the 5th floor in this beachfront hotel. There's simply nothing like waking up to the sunrise over the ocean every morning! The seaside is definitely my happy place so I love visiting as many coasts as I can.
If you are ever in the area and decide to stay at The Flamingo Hotel & Tower, I *highly* recommended getting a room in the tower. It is the part of the hotel that is beachfront which makes for gorgeous views and closer beach access.
Recommendations
North Barrett Square
Tucked away in Rosemary Beach, there is an incredibly beautiful mix of boutique shops, cafes, and residential beach homes. It truly gives off a small seaside-town vibe with a European flair. I had such a lovely time walking up and down the cobblestone roadways and taking in all of the sights. There were so many cute little restaurants and shops that were so fun to see.
This area is so aesthetically beautiful and perfect for a mini-photoshoot! The buildings are sort of Germanic in their architecture and help create the vibe of a small, European village. Even if you're not wanting to buy anything, this area is a great place to walk and explore!
There are a wide variety of boutiques, shops, and cafes in this area. They were all so pretty and had such a unique, small town charm. Some of my favorite stops were Rosemary Beach Collection, Playa Bowls, and The Hidden Lantern Bookstore.
Pier Park Ferris Wheel
Right down the road from our hotel was a shopping center called Pier Park. While it had some really great shops and restaurants, the real draw was the Ferris Wheel. I've never seen a shopping center with a Ferris Wheel, so I knew that I wanted to go for a ride. It was so beautiful, especially at night! The lights were glowing brightly and the view was lovely. If you're okay with heights, I'd highly recommend this excursion!
