I have always considered myself someone who has a vast appreciation for art in many forms. I'm lucky enough to live in an area with various museums and galleries. One of my favorite local art museums also has a garden instillation and sits alongside the river.
Going to this museum has been one of my favorite pastimes and serves as a calming outlet on busy days. This museum frequently brings in new pieces, including paintings, sculptures, and modern art instillations. I always love to see what new art items are brought in!
I especially enjoyed the following two paintings. They invoked complimentary yet differing emotions in me. What do you think of them?
One of the major draws of this museum is its detailed and beautiful garden. There are three connected gardens with English and Italian influences in their construction. During springtime, the flowers bloom and a sweet, light scent fills the air throughout the open air, riverside gardens. When it's fully in bloom, it is a truly a dream.
